There is very little luck for last decade gaming.

gta5 everything at minimum how many fps does it do
Actually, you can get about 30 to 50fps with some luck on the original non modded GTA5. At least thats what I see on some youtubers.
Just search for 5850 GTA5 and you'll get some results.
