Hello, I would like to know can I use use dual graphics on my computer. And how?

What do you mean by dual graphics is the question? If you mean can you use your motherboard and apu, plus a discrete graphics card to run more monitors, then yes.
If you mean can you crossfire in DX11 or Multi GPU with those in DX12, no you can't.

Then unfortunately no. Don't be upset too much as Crossfire support is pretty much dead in games anyway and is discontinued also after DX11.
