Sapphire Radeon 580 Nitro+ 8gig special edition

I had multiple errors with my card in the past. But now.. when i start my computer.. windows starts fine. but when windows is done starting up... the screen goes in to one colour (the colour that is most seen on the screen atm).

The computer still works fine. I can do everything.. if i could see what i was doing.

Sound is good to (sound goes trough the moba).

(i am dutch. so if i made grammar errors. plz ignore it   )

i would like to know what the problem is. so i can find a solution.

is it the moba bios with wrong settings that made the compatibility worse or imposible?

is it the GPU that has sw problems?

Is it the GPU that is ffff-ed up and i need to get a new one?
