After installing AMD Adrenalin 23.2.1, When I try to play a video on Kodi 20, I only get black screen with audio, in order to see the video I need to disable Hardware Acceleration DXVA2 on Kodi, previous version was working OK.

- AMD Adrenalin: 23.2.1
- Windows 11 22H2 22621.1265
- Core i3 12100F
- ASUS H610M-A D4 BIOS 2212

i have no black screen with dvxa in kodi i have a huge stuttering. but not on all tv signal streams only dvb-s2 1080i signal is hanging.

today i make a screen record for the bug report tool. so i hope they can fix it as soon as possible.

I tried adjusting the video settings in Kodi to fix the stuttering issue, but it didn't help. However, I noticed that the problem only occurs when I'm streaming DVB-T2 channels in 1080p resolution.

I have the same *** problem and KODI 19 AS WELL it'"s very annoying.

I used a display driver uninstaller and installed 22.12.1 and problem solved.
