[NR200P-Raven]

Hey All, wondering if anyone else has run into this issue?

Issue:

PC runs fine but as soon as I load a game both screens go black but there is still audio. Once I restart the computer only 1 monitor works until I reinstall the AMD drivers.

Parts:

NR200P MAX (AIO cooler and 850W PSU)

ASUS ROG Strix B550-I Gaming

Samsung 980 Pro m.2 1TB

Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB 3600MHz CL16

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

ASROCK Radeon RX 7900 XT

2x MSI G274QPF-QD

Running on Windows 11 and all the latest drivers. Thermals are all fine and a PC was working without issue until 2 days ago.

I have a 7900XTX, and I have the same problem

[SOLVED]  I replaced the power cable from the PSU to the GPU and it instantly fixed the issue. Looks like the GPU wasnt getting enough power and thats why the screens went black but could still hear sound.

then I don't think we have the same problem. Mine seems to have to do with DirectX or the file gmdb.blb, but it's good to hear you fixed your problem
