a) March 2019 I bought this GPU at price £690. It worked fine for like 2 months then the common problems system hang or black screen.
b) Last week in April 2020 appeared another problem. I turn on the system and the monitor black screen to kinda get ait back into display I turn off the monitor and turn it up and work and also I tried to re-plug in the cable works as well. I did a clean install of the graphics with reset factory settings and dint insert any user settings.
so my question guys to you and especially to AMD (how I can contact directly the AMD?) I paid in round 700 pounds to get this GPU experience? I did badly for entrusting AMD at a high price? is this getting resolved any time soon?
