I have 2 Asrock RX 570 Phantom gaming 8gb cards. 1 still works perfectly. 1 works until put under load and overheats. The fans are not spinning even at startup. The card still performs perfectly though. I have applied an outside power source to fans and they spin up with no problems. According to Wattman the fans are spinning but they physically are not. Can somebody please help me fix this so I can get my pc back in order. Thanks.
