Any news about that downclocking / sudden massive FPS drop like in Darksiders III / COD Black Ops 1 / The Amazing Spider Man 1 & 2 and many other games? RX 5700

Just need clarification of which whether this is a driver or software bug and when will it be fixed.. I'm considering requesting a refund as this is just going out of hand and the devs are turning blind eye to it
