AMD switchable graphics not working

i have lenovo z50-75 with AMD Radeon R7 1GB and R7 M260DX 2GB(switchable graphics) and i have 1 problem for a long time. I cant use dedicated one (M260DX). Every game uses integrated (R7). I switched power play to maximize performance, in graphics settings i switched everything to maximize performance, but nothing worked, i followed youtube instructions,, nothing worked. I cant just use that gaming graphics card. All games which were suppost to run on 60+fps are running on 25 on lower preset because this laptop is using integrated graphics. For example AC3 works on 60fps on high preset on dedicated graphics (youtube,gamesystemrequeirements.com) but i can play it only on 25fps on low preset. I just cant switch to dedicated one for some reason. It never worked in this pc, but i never solved it, but now it annoys me.Sometimes it shows that game runs on M260DX, but all is same, fps low, everything lagging. HELP PLS

Same problem that i encountered. i have Acer Aspire E5-551G, FX7500, AMD R7 M265 with 2GB dedicated VRAM running Windows 10 Build 1803. please see images.

Hey i made video for this. I have same notebook and my dual/switchable graphics works! I am sorry, but video is in czech. Tomorrow i want to dab to English and just follow my steps. Today without sound or tomorrow with sound.
