So I have a laptop from asus, it's called zephyrus G15 and I have a ryzen 9 4800hs ,rtx 2060m and a 240 hz on my laptop monitor. I don't have the option on my amd software to add a new resolution. I don't want to use cru becuase sometimes my screen is buging with red, blue, green stripes and have to reset my laptop
Right clikck on desktop then display setting.
You will find the rest your-self
I don't have that option
You need to use the software for the Nvidia 2060m. The AMD stuff is if you were using the onboard AMD solution built into the ICPU.
In the Nvidia control panel I don't have the monitor/display option.I think the monitor is connected to the cpu not the gpu on laptops
You'll need to ask the manufacturer about that and I think that's correct. The external HDMI to monitor is run off the ICPU not the dedicated graphics card, however there may be a work around, like USB or USB-C to the monitor.
