Hello

Its my first time buying a gaming Pc and also the first time im having problems with it. While playing csgo every 10 min my pc blackscreens and stays like this.I already installed the newest driver and i dont really know what to do. When it blackscreens the pc light is still flashing but i cannot hear anything through my headphones. I hope somebody can help me.

I use Windows 10, Hw Kernel i think and SMBIOSBIOSVersion
F11n.

what MoBo, what RAM, what GPU, what PSU etc = HW

I have the Mainboard Gigabyte B550M-S2, 16GB DDR4-2666 Crucial 2x8GB, Gpu is integrated in the cpu vega 8 and i use a normal 400w psu from silentmaxx.

1. your PSU is garbage ;) - buy something good for your next built or if you want to upgrade to a dGPU // have in mind - a psu should cost 1/10 of ALL OTHER COMPONENTS COMBINED (like my built costs 1500€ and 145€ of that was my PSU)

2. do a CMOS reset - and leave EVERYTHING at AUTO (no XMP or DOCP)

I didnt work for me idk what to do.

did you do a CMOS reset?
did you cleaned old driver with DDU in safe-mode?

Yeah i did the cmos and nothing helped. The ddu i already did several times always in safe mode. I saw on the internet that a lot of people have this problems with blackscreens.
