My pc was running as of last night when I came to start it up this morning the fans would spin and the RGB would light up but I was not getting a display output I know my monitor is not the problem I tried both hdmi and display port when I boot it up again it gives me one long beep and two short beeps components are

gigabyte b550m

amd Ryzen 5700

Quick SXF Radeon 6700 xt 

4 x 8gb sticks of crucial ddr4 ram

rosewill 550 watt modular powersupply

I have reseated all my ram and the GPU and my problem has still not been fixes

Hey there.

Long story short.

1 long 2 shorts vídeo card problems could not initialize

1 long 3 shorts vídeo card not detected or damaged

And Last but not the least 

550watts for 6700XT is not enough let alone if its an AIB.

Power off the system, take out the power cord, remove the card and let it be for a while. Clearing CMOS could also be a good ideia.
