When I'm trying to watch a recorded video from the recording software from AMD the video starts blinking a black screen and will not start the video. I will attach a video so you can see what I'm talking about if you didn't understand me.

Had issues with the recordings with this new update, I downloaded 24.4.1 again and recordings started working again, I don't get it how they manage to break recordings almost every drivers update, hope this helps.
