Good Day,
I am currently using an ASUS TUF gaming A15 laptop, with RYZEN 7 4800H with RADEON graphics and a RTX 3050 Mobile GPU. I was playing a game and then suddenly my pc crashed and when I went back to log back up into this game, my FPS went stable at 4. This has happened twice but in the first time I just uninstalled and reinstalled the game then my fps went back to normal. I checked on my device manager and I could see that my graphics driver (AMD) has been stopped by windows. I have been uninstalling and reinstalling my graphics driver using DDU but nothing worked. I also tried to reformat my laptop and erased everything but nothing worked as well. I checked my AMD Software and it said that my amd software isn't compatible with the driver that I had but when i checked it using the amd compatibility tool, it said that it was compatible. If someone knows or can help me fix this, I would gladly appreciate it. I could only follow youtube videos since I am not that experienced in this field.
