Update your drivers, yours is over a year old.

Your 'processor with graphics' model is a ryzen 7 5700G or GE.

I updated to Adrenalin 22.11.2 Recommended (AMD Radeon graphics, Driver version- 31.0.12029.10015), still having the same issue. The mouse is not visible on the Citrix system.

Window 10 I did not have the issue, this is after moving to window 11 only, the issue persists.

Windows 11 or citrix problem, complain to them.

Most likely a CITRIX problem. Try the LTSC version of Citrix Workspace, usually came w/ less issues

Found this previous AMD Thread with the same issue with Citrix Mouse disappearing. AMD Moderator @Matt_AMD  says they are looking into it: https://community.amd.com/t5/drivers-software/invisible-mouse-pointer-citrix-workspace/td-p/548694

The last User to reply from 2 weeks ago says he found a work around to the issue. Here is his reply from the above linked thread:

If it doesn't work then also reply to that thread.

I have degraded my AMD graphics driver version to 27.20.21003.8013, and the issue looks resolved.

Hope the system will not auto-upgrade this driver, let me know some steps which I can make to disable the auto-upgrade of the driver.
