RX 6700 XT can't run higher than 30 FPS for some games!

Hi All,

I found that some games were unable to run higher than 30 FPS. As the picture below.

And there are many games that encounter this problem. Ex assassin's Creed Odyssey, This war of mind.

Here's what I've tried to troubleshoot:
- Reinstall game.
- Reinstall and update Software Adrenaline to lasted version.
- Run the game with high performance on Windows setting. 

My hardware details.
OS: Windows 11

Firstly have you got Forza framerate capped? You may need to turn vsync off and change the framerate cap in game. https://forums.forza.net/t/solved-60fps-cap-really/98869

From what they're saying you potentially get weirdness if you go over 60FPS so it's probably worth just capping it at 60.
