AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT seems to turn off while gaming

I have a relatively newly built PC (probably only a few months old).  I've been having a persistently annoying issue for the past month.  I'm by no means an expert, but it seems to me that there's some sort of communication error between my system and GPU.  The issue is as follows.  While playing a game (doesn't really matter what, Minecraft, Destiny 2, No Man's Sky, ect) my PC screen will suddenly go dark followed by a "No Signal" message before it goes to sleep.  Sometimes I can still hear the game audio and sometimes not, but in both cases I'm unable to get a picture back.  Checking that the cables and power supply were correctly plugged in is there very first thing I did but no picture returned.  Turned monitor off then back on and still nothing.  Had to hold the PC power button to manually shut it off.  When I logged back into the desktop, I discovered my GPU driver had been disabled somehow and Windows was using an inbuilt one instead (which is bad).  This persisted for several days happening at least once or twice a day and it was making me worried.  Called the guy who built my PC and went over options with him.  We went through several troubleshooting steps (checking for updates, making sure everything's installed, checking to be sure nothing's overheating, ect).  He ended up telling me the forbidden news "Back up your files, we're hard resetting the PC with a fresh windows install".
Did all that.  Hours of work.  Lots of frustration.  Some data couldn't be backed up in the time frame I had at the time.  So!  Guess what?  Still having the same issue.  One thing improved.  At least Windows isn't disabling my GPU at random now.  So that's a step in the right direction.  But as for the random screen going dark and games freezing?  Still happening.

For use of the kind people that are willing to help me, here's my system info.
AMD Ryzen 9 7900X 12-Core Processor 4.70 GHz
AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT Graphics (Driver version 31.0.14037.17019)
32.0 GB RAM
Windows 11 Home Edition
Version 22H2
OS build 22621.1928
Monitor Acer S271HL

I am aware my monitor is somewhat older than anything in my PC case.  I also know that my monitor only supports 60FPS and the GPU I'm using supports more.  Could that be the cause of my issue?  Or is this a motherboard to GPU problem or systematic conflict between Windows 11 and my GPU?

I had a similar issue, mine turned out to be PSU related. Changed my 750W psu to a 1000W and no further issues.

I sure hope my PSU isn't bad, it's only several months old.  :c

So!  I tried disabling a bunch of features on both steam and discord, since games seemed to run without issues if both applications were closed.  Disabled overlay on both and disabled hardware acceleration on both has well.  Haven't had any more issues.  I think the problem appeared after steam's new layout.  I think they also added some features that were causing some sort of system conflict or miscommunication.  So the problem must have been in one of the unnecessary features from steam, I think.

Welp, my previous fix turned out it was only temporary.  Back to having the same issue that happens on launching games but typically not while launching any software such as photoshop/discord/steam
