PC Graphics

I've bought lately card AMD Radeon RX 6600. Since then i encounter this strange thing: the screen from time to time turn black for like 1-2 seconds, and than turn on, sometimes i can see than that systems slows down (like systems turn to stock - MOBO graphic, it's worse, coulours are more yellow - restarting PC helps). 
It happens when surfing on the web as well as playing games. 

My specs are: 

PROCESSOR - AMD Ryzen 5 3600

MOBO: B550-A PRO (MS-7C56)
PCPS - SilentiumPC VERO L2 Bronze 600w.

I have the same problem with an rx 6700xt, it loses the signal out of nowhere and it becomes quite annoying. I hope someone knows a solution.
