Hello, 

I have a Cooler Master Tempest GP27Q monitor and a 7900 XT graphics card. Everyone online says that my monitor is compatible with AMD Free Sync, but it listed as Not Supported in the AMD software. 

I'm currently using an HDMI cable to connect the computer to the monitor. Will changing that to a DPI cable fix that issue or is this another problem?

You can easily check whether you monitor supports AMD FreeSync, FreeSync Premium, or FreeSync Premium Pro or not by the following steps below:

1) Open AMD Adrenlin Software

2) Click on the Settings "Gear" Icon

3) Click on the "Display" tab

4) Under "Display Options," you'll see the FreeSync option there
