Hello. The video driver can not identify old games, such as Perfect World, as a 3D application and runs on an integrated video card. In the utility AMD Radeon Settings put on the application "High Performance", but it did not give any sense, the game in the settings still defines an integrated graphics card instead of a discrete one. This can be seen if you change the image settings for specific video cards in the AMD Radeon settings (if you change to integrated, the graphics are in the game, and if on the discrete, but the change does not occur). When the application is launched, it is automatically set to "Energy saving", when you try to switch, it still remains in its position.
