AMD ANTI-LAG Problem ver. 19.12.2

I have a problem with anti-lag on new software 19.12.2 When I turn on this function I have strange sound when i press alt, ctrl or shift in every game. I don't know what is this and I can't turn off this. Can you help me with this? Everything in background I had turn off. I didn't have shortcut on this button. On previous version everything was fine.

Have the same experience. I got so annoyed by the sound i turned off the feature. 

I've even contemplated going back to 19.12.1
