Hi,
i ordered a new pc online with high specs as follows
CPU:- AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16 Core
GPU:- AMD Radeon 6800 XT
Memory:- Hyper X 32GB (4x8GB)
PSU:- 850w
Motherboard:- MSI X570 Gaming Edge
had my PC 3 weeks and the GPU failed just put it down to a faulty card.
my PC was returned to me, and it's like the pc is struggling to play Warzone or many games Graphically. Stuttering like it's lagging although im not actually getting any latency. i've turned certain settings off in both the Radeon GPU software and also in game which people recommend im at a loss for what else i can try? if anyone can guide me or point me in the right direction and it's unplayable at times as my FPS will go from 160+ to 30 in seconds?
the specs on the PC are well over the requirements for Warzone or Fortnite but yet it really struggles with them?
Hey, what brand and model is thhe PSU?
Hi, the PSU is - Cooler Master MWE 850W 80+ Gold Modular Certified Gaming Power Supply
What resolution and in game image quality settings are you using?
In the meantime try setting the minimum GPU frequency slider to 100Mhz below whatever your stock maximum GPU frequency slider is set to. You can find these options in Radeon Software > Performance > Tuning > Set GPU Tuning to Enabled > Enable Advanced Mode. See example below.
Hi,
My In-Game Settings :-
Display Mode: Fullscreen Borderless
Render Resolution (2560x1440): 100
Aspect Ratio: Automatic
Sync Every Frame (V-Sync): Disabled
Custom Framerate Limit: Unlimited
I've changed the setting you mentioned, and will try it out tonight. it was set to automatic.
Try running in exclusive full screen mode rather than borderless too. Also share your in game image quality settings for Warzone.
all my in game settings:
I notice you are running the game at the lowest possible settings, and you are using dynamic resolution rendering. I would also suggest to try turning Dynamic resolution off, and turning up some or all of the image quality settings to see if that helps improve things.
