AMD 2400G GPU not showing metrics in AMD Software:Adrenaline

In the "performance " tab of  AMD Software:Adrenaline Edition there are meters, gauges, and indicators that show the load of each component of the PC. Mine doesnt show any numbers in the GPU Utilization section. It detects the name which is AMD Radeon(TM) RX Vega 11 Graphics but the Utilization shows N/A, the clock speed is not moving at 400MHz,  and the temperature seems to be working fine.

 

Is this normal?

Is there a way i can check that the RX VEGA 11 Graphics is taking over?  I already have some indication that it is not since my valorant FPS is at 40-50FPS at all low settings while on internet it should be 100+. Capture.PNG

Open it while your in game (Hotkey), you won't see any fps/use while on desktop or if it's open on a second monitor.
