In November 11th, I bought an AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT from Sapphire and expected to recieve the game code within the delay written on AMD's site.
Therefore I started a chat conversation with Amazon Support and they said that they are not sure to be in the list of participants for this offer, despite being on the list for my country (France) on this site : https://www.amd.com/en/where-to-buy/bundles/avatar-pandora.html
Sapphire also mentioned that they are not giving the code to the buyers and only the sellers are doing this.
So I'm stuck in this situation where nobody wants to give me the code.

I checked my command, Amazon is actually the seller of it.
I didn't know since now that Amazon can use some "illegal" manners like it to avoid some problems and make more profit then.
It's a shame that this problem happened to me (and probably to other persons). But, if we do not take care of this problem, my graphics card is exactly what I wanted and is also exactly the model I expected.
But there is still this promo code problem that I'm going to solve next monday with AMD hotline and Amazon Support.
