It may not be officially supported but there are plenty of evidence that A8 7600 APU can have Dual Graphics with R7 250 GPU card.
This is from an previous AMD Forums where a User was able to activate Dual Graphics with an A8 and R7 250 and AMDMATT didn't mention anything about not supposingly working with Dual Graphics for that setup: Dual graphics with A8-7600 and R7 250 2gb
This shows it is possible to have that combo as a Dual Graphics: AMD A8-7600 Kaveri APU and R7 250 Dual Graphics Testing - Pacing is Fixed! | PC Perspective
It is possible that the new AMD Drivers are now not compatible with the R7 250 or just the fact that you are using a Sapphire R7 250 which is not supported by Dual Graphics.
The R7 240 and the R7 250 according to AMD are almost identical. Except the R7 250 is different in these two areas only. Everything else is the same specs. Radeon™ R7 Series Graphics Cards | AMD

There are a couple of R7 250 versions, may be this applies How to configure dual graphics in APU processor?
Perhaps someone with more knowledge of the old dual graphics workings can help further.
Thanks for your answer. Ich will Gruß the crimson 17.7.2 driver at next...
Hope i have luck!
Any new tipps for meiner?
Tried the Crimson 17.7.2 driver with no effect regarding Dual Graphics.
Also installed 16GB dual channel Ram. No effect.
Tried some changes at bios: forced IGFX, set memory to 1GB, IGFX as first device for startup...
No effect regarding Dual Graphics.
Tried the new 18.9.1 driver. No effect.
Complete deinstallation of drivers, manually deleted AMD folders. Complete new installation of 19.9.1. No effect.
But it must be possible to get dual graphics because i see some some reports that ja A8-7600 with ja Sapphire R7 250 with ja ASUS A68 hm plus will Work together.
So, aus new Points for meiner wich i could try?
Thx in advance!
as per goodplay previous image of compatible GPU cards it specifically mentions that the Sapphire R7 250 is not supported by Dual Graphics:
Kaveri launch documentation stated that the APUs support Radeon R7 series cards with DDR3 memory under Windows 7, Windows 8 and Linux operating systems. Current list of confirmed working cards includes Radeon R7 240 and R7 250 GPUs, either with DDR3 or GDDR5 memory. Be aware that the Sapphire R7 250 Ultimate card is based on a different graphics core than other R7 250 products, and it is not supported. AMD R7 250X cards are rebranded HD 77xxx series cards, and they do not support dual graphics mode with the Kaveri A6 Series, A8 Series and A10 Series APUs. Radeon R7 260X is not supported either.

That combination was not officially supported, http://www-sit.amd.com/en-us/innovations/software-technologies/dual-graphics

OK, thanks guys.
I think the combination of my R7 250 and the A8-7600 will not fit together.
Hm, its an Oland, 384 stream processors. I thought they will work together. But it not - No problem anyway.
At last i will try the 13.35 driver. But when it didn't work, i will run the system only with the R7 250.
Thanks again for your help!
