Bought a new 7900xt, Sapphire Pulse. Having graphical performance issues in games, FPS and frametimes are okay but it just doesn't look right. Heaven and Time Spy benchmark scores seem to be in expected range for system. Checked Device Manager and it says device working properly on the General Properties tab. But under the Events tab found the below error. Any idea what's going on here and how to fix? Seems like main driver isn't initializing. Have current AMD Adrenalin drivers(23.9.1). Coming from an Nvidia GPU, ran DDU prior to installing 7900xt. BIOS is updated. Tried AMD Cleanup Utility and re-install, issue persists. Windows (10) is updated. Expo is enabled via BIOS but otherwise no other overclocking on CPU, GPU, or RAM. Tried disabling Expo, didn't help.
