Hi,
I have a PC with 7950 X3D and 7900 XTX (Sapphire Nitro+) with a 4K 144 Hz monitor for about 9 months and out of nowhere for the past month the GPU has high idle temperatures. While idle in desktop the GPU used to have around 29 to 31 degrees and now it's between 50 to 60... Watching youtube raises the temperature to 60 degrees, than the fans start spinning. If I switch the zero RPM mode off it gets to about 35 degrees.
First when I noticed this was when I was away for about 10 days in June and the PC was shutoff. I tried downgrading to older BIOS and GPU drivers with amd clean up utility (because I update when new update comes out) and cleaning dust from the case. But it was to no avail. No overclocking or undervolting was done. My last idea is the degradation of the thermal paste, but I don't want to open the GPU before waranty expires.
Do you have any recomendations?

So the issue was resolved recently by switching freesync on. The idle temps or while browsing the internet and wathing videos are 30-40 °C with zero rpm mode for fans. I don't know why it was switched off. Sometimes installing new drivers changes the settings in adrenalin...
Does your GPU go above 110C while gaming or overheat in anyway???
Gaming seems ok to me. In BG 3:
Oh thats beautiful your GPU is running within its temps better than stock as swings up to 95c-110c HOTPOT in some games is normal
