7900 XT Causing White Screen Flicker?

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aw9D9NIXPr9tx2GF9QJJuqF1xad0VJhn/view?usp=sharing

I've been dealing with this issue on my display for a while now where randomly when on my desktop Ill get these quick flickers of white on my screen as shown in the video. I have the latest drivers installed and even used ddu to do a clean wipe and reinstall them but nothing worked. I made sure hdmi is properly inserted, re-seated the gpu into the motherboard in case it was not fully inserted, but no change. Is this a sign that my gpu is already getting ready to crap out on me? Another issue I'd like to mention is I've also been having audio cut out issues on my hdmi plugged into the gpu which has been going on since I first bought this which also occurs at random times. Has anyone dealt with these issues before and have found a fix for it? Or is this an issue with the gpu itself and will I have to reach out to xfx customer support to get this sorted? I have my gpu plugged into my Sony x85k tv.

Hello. I also have the issue with random white flashes while on desktop with my 7900XT. Turning off freesync seems to fix it but I want freesync so that's no good. However if you don't need freesync, turning it off could be a working workaround.

Also in a certain game I play in exlusive full screen, I sometimes get kinda similar white flashing in some areas of screen. Not sure if that is related to this or a different thing.

Also heard that Windows feature called MBO might at the root of this issue and disabling it might help. However disabling it seems like a hassle because it needs to be done in registry and don't want to use third party tools to do it. So I haven't tried that.
