7900 GRE GIGABYTE
Recently(last night) my buddy( a tech at micro center) built a whole new pc. all parts new never opened. Downloaded everything that needed to be downloaded and im getting this stutter that happens every 10-15 seconds whether its gaming or just sitting moving my mouse around. Ive uninstalled adrenaline and redownloaded it. currently about to switch from Windows 11 to 10. Any help is appreciated!

For example, if you use GPU-Z, it causes a shutter every few seconds

AMD driver 24.2.1 could be the reason for those problems. I also have a 7900 GRE card (from Asrock, not from Gigabyte). In my case outside of gaming everything is fine but gaming makes trouble. I got the experience that going down to an older driver was a progress in my case. I removed the current driver 24.2.1 with AMD Cleanup Utility (a free tool for uninstalling AMD graphic drivers) and installed driver 23.12.1 instead. The system is still not perfect but much more stable now.

I went back to 24.1.1. 24.2.1 drivers, they worked worse in my opinion. I'm waiting for 24.3.1
