Your AMD GPU card is overheating and throttling if the GPU Card's HOT SPOT reaches 110c.
Remove your PC case side panel and see if the GPU's Hot Spot continues to reach 110c which is its Maximum Operating Temperature.
Also make sure your GPU fans are working at maximum speed when Temps reaches 110c and are clean and not dirty.
In Radeon Settings Performance - Tuning set a aggressive Fan Curve where the GPU fans will reach maximum speed at a lower temperature.
Make sure the PCIe GPU Power cable(s) are firmly connected to the GPU card. Separate PSU GPU Power cables if more then one connector on GPU card.
If it stays the same I would open a Support Warranty Ticket to see if your GPU card needs to be RMAed and checked or replaced.
