6900XT High temps

I've had my 6900XT for about half a year now, but I've noticed that temps have become much higher than they were when I got it. I see temps consistently hitting 100c fringe and 110c junction, which is way too high. I've cleaned all dust I could find from the GPU but still no luck. I'm thinking it might be the case (NZXT H510i with a CPU rad at the front) but it still seems pretty high. Any advice would be super appreciated.

To clarify, these temps are during 4K gaming and through the in-house wattman stress tester

System:

AMD 5900x

NZXT Z63

Gigiabyte X570 Pro Wifi

SAPPHIRE Nitro+ SE 6900XT

32 GB DDR4 3600Mhz

If you take a side panel off your case for better air flow, does the temperature go down? If so, you might be able to fix it with better overall cooling in your case.

If not, you can either try undervolting or reducing your clock speed to generate less heat. Just make sure you write down or screenshot the values you're changing so you can go back if you make a mistake.
