Hi,
Got a 6800xt card into my old system.
7700K, h130 motherboard and experienced crashing.
Tested it out in another system
12400, b660 motherboard with same type of crash.
I get a black screen and sound just starts looping and buzzing.
Checked the event manager, i get an error there
A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Web search the 'primary device name', you'll find a number of posts on the issue where you may find a fix for the issue.
what power supply make and model?
@ThreeDee
Power supply is Thermaltake toughpower 750W
I had similar issues with 6750XT crashing in WH3, but in my case I had a faulthy PSU. Since you have problems on two separate systems, I recommend a PSU with 850W or more.
Same issue with a RX6700 XT Gaming X and Nitro+ RX6900 XT, issue was resolved once i changed my PSU from RM750X to RM1000X
