6700xt Not displaying on second monitor

Hello,

Just this morning I booted my PC up. I noticed it only displaying on 1 monitor (main display). It's still detecting the second monitor on windows and I can move applications to and from that screen. My main display keeps flickering on and off and then I get a bug report message pop up through AMD Adrenaline. I've updated all display drivers, re installed Adrenaline. I'm currently running Windows 11 and have made sure adrenaline supports this. I've switched ports and no changes there, other inputs work on the monitor for xbox etc. 

Whenever I try and do any display changes on Adrenaline, it often freezes/ closes and changes it to a super zoomed resolution stretched across both displays (but without any display on 2nd monitor still). Windows shows the monitor there, but in a low resolution which I cannot change back to normal.

I've attached a few pictures to this, any advice would be appreciated.

Just to add, I just swapped the display port cable out with a HDMI and it connects and works fine. Don't think its the cable as it's still detecting the monitor with display port.
