Got my son a 6500XT as a placeholder.  When setting the OC in Radeon software, I get an instant crash if I enable fast timing and apply settings.  Other OC setting work fine.  I uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and software.  Any thoughts?

Does increasing the available voltage make it stable?

no.  played with increase and decrease and other settings.  Fast timing seems to be an issue with the 6500xt.
