I bought a 5700xt graphics card and it locks up with green screen.
I have tried what others suggested by running DDU(display driver uninstall) in safe mode then once done I rebooted to windows 11. I went to device manager which showed a generic video card driver.
I clicked on option to update and now it shows the drivers as 5700xt. I am assuming it is windows AMD driver for this card.
When i retested I had the same problem. I have contacted seller who has support, but guessing they are off today for new year holiday.
