Hello,
I recently bought a new RX 5700XT to upgrade my old GPU: a GTX 760. I also bought a new 2K monitor (details below). This has rendered my games absolutely unplayable, even at the same graphical settings my 760 was running. In Star Wars: Fallen Order, for instance, where I could typically get 30+ fps with the 760 on a 1080p monitor on medium graphics settings I am now getting as low as 9 fps on 2K with the same settings. Yes, 9. I want to stress that this is not "lower than expected" fps, my games are absolutely unplayable. Also tried Witcher 3 and got the same result unless I was using Low graphical settings in 1080p mode, in which case I was getting 45-60fps.
I have the newest AMD driver and ran DDU to remove all previous Nvidia drivers, and maxed out my power limit in Radeon Settings (50%). I am out of ideas so I'm hoping someone here can come through for me
