5700 Xt high average temps and low usage

Hi. I have an asus strix 5700 xt for almost 2 years, and since i updated the drivers this last weekend the card has been getting really hot. i know that according to amd, 110c junction is normal and expected, but i don't know it's good to have an average of 100c with any moderate workload and 68c when idling. I tried underclocking and undervolting the card, doing a driver rollback, doing some clean installations with older versions, but the temps doesn't decrease. I've also noticed a lot of heavy stuttering in most games. Any help will be appreciated.

btw, sorry for my spelling.

With the GPU-Z button lookup (included in the FurMark benchmark) you can check the manufacturer-specific data of your graphics card and compare it with the standard settings of the Radeon driver. Simply load the Radeon graphics driver without adrenaline software and, as I use the MSI Afterburner with my RX5700XT, you can also optimize the cooling here. Reducing the core voltage helps with temperature problems. I have saved the manufacturer's information in profiles and tested it with FurMark and in games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Gears 5 (KT from 2100 to 1350; KV from 1184 to 1100) and thus run crash-free with over 60 FPS on my HP w2207h 1680: 1050 / 60Hz . If you reduce the core clock you should also lower the core voltage and enable everything in the Afterburner with the voltage settings in user mode - reference design. After a crash with restart, the Radeon driver restores the default setting, so a correction is required.

with Radeon 21.10.3 gpu@2100mhz(vcore from 1200 down to 1153) vram= 1813mhz my idle temp is
41°C, gaming(1080P high competiv fps /1440P mid framrate) temps between 65-75°C and while
benchmark absolute maximum 91°C with stock cooling

but i got similar problems with every 2nd-3rd released driver......
