Do you have any issues playing videos in your Browsers?
Try disabling Hardware Acceleration in Windows Settings to see if that is the cause of your problems.
This tech site shows you how to disable Windows 10 Hardware Acceleration option: https://softwarekeep.com/help-center/how-to-disable-hardware-acceleration-on-windows-10
It is possible since Pot Player has it own advanced Hardware Acceleration there is a conflict with Windows Hardware Acceleration.
To eliminate PotPlayer as the reason for your video issues try using Windows 10 own Media Player version 12: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/get-windows-media-player-81718e0d-cfce-25b1-aee3-94596b6...
If that Video Player is too limited try downloading and use VLC Player that plays just about all types of Video and Audio files: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/
See if any of those two video players are having the same issues as Pot Player. If they play video fines without problems then that indicates the Pot Player is not compatible with the latest AMD VGA Drivers and you need to open a Pot Play Support ticket to let them know.
