Hello to every one I will start with my monitor is a Westinghouse 32inch 1440p @ 144hz windows 10 64bit edition with all the latest updates.
My issue is that every time I run a game my screen goes black I can interact with the game I can hear the game but I cannot see it. I am using the display port same issue over HDMI this happen in adrenalin 22.5.2 and in 22.5.1. This is a free sync monitor
if I turn off free sync I can see everything again so I'm trying to see is this a software issue or is this a monitor issue I've tried several brand new Display cable and HDMI cables as well I'm just a little lost on what to do I have never had this trouble on my power color rx 590 before I switched to this new gpu the xfx rx6700xt
the rest of my pc specs:

motherboard: msi a320 pro max

Bear in mind people from around the world reply to this forum, and sometimes you ask a question while people who could answer are asleep. So patience might be needed.
Anyway, have you checked that freesync is enabled on the monitor? I assume when you said you turned Freesync off you are referring to the AMD drivers. There is a setting on the monitor that explicitly enables and disables freesync so check that.

I assume the cables you've tried are rated as fast enough to support HDMI 2.0 or DP1.2. They should be if you get the display to work with Freesync turned off.

Have you tried with enhanced sync turned off but freesync turned on in the AMD drivers?
Side note: I wouldn't really think of Westinghouse when it comes to monitors. Fridges and washing machines sure, but monitors?
I have my 6900 XT hooked up to my Freesync capable Samsung 32:9 144Hz monitor via a DP cable and it is fine. As Skrybe had suggested, turn off Enhanced Sync as I've read that having it enabled can lead to display issues, it's disabled on mine as well.
Thank you Ive done that and still while I have it on I get black screen in certain games
Yes I have made free sync is enabled on the monitor and my cable is a version 1.2 and i have tried a 1.4 as well and two different HDMI 2.0 and 2.1 still the same issue but when I plug in my other gpu the problem does not happen
When you say in "certain games" that implies not every game gets this black screen problem. That would suggest that it's related to the game (or some other software) rather than the hardware. So,
What is the refresh rate set to in Windows itself? Because even when I hooked up my 144Hz monitor it stayed at 60. I had to manually change that. It's under display settings - advanced display settings. Try this first if you haven't already.
What game(s) have this problem?
Do you know what resolutions the games are set to run at?
I'd try changing the games resolution to something really basic and see if it'll display then. Ditto more advanced display features. You could either use your old card and change the settings then swap to your new card. Or most games will let you change settings using notepad to edit a config file if you don't feel like repeatedly swapping your video cards around. Just be careful doing that because you can screw up the game settings badly and need to reinstall the game.
Once (if) you get it displaying again then tweak the display settings back to something better.
Oh, and if they're already on low settings (like 720p), it might be worth bumping the resolution up. Try setting the game to the monitors native resolution.
