X470 Chipset Driver Installer Runs Every Boot up

I've been trying to install the latest chipset drivers for my Ryzen 7 2700X. Every time I install it proceeds normally then asks to reboot. After reboot the Radeon installer runs again and then asks me to install chipset driver version 9.0.000.8. This keeps occurring repeatedly.

Trying to install version 18.10.18.

My system:

Ryzen 7 2700X

Asus Rog Strix X470-F Gaming motherboard

Windows 10 Pro 64

GTX 1070

Same issue is occurring for me as well.  There must be an issue with the latest NVidia graphics driver, as the issue does not occur on my system with an AMD GPU.
