Why???
Most of games write next:

libGL error: failed to load driver: radeonsi
libGL error: No matching fbConfigs or visuals found
libGL error: failed to load driver: radeonsi
libGL error: No matching fbConfigs or visuals found
libGL error: failed to load driver: swrast
and cant run.

Ok. I have and server with SLES.
Plug into server this video-card into, install drivers and have not x32 libraries for run x32 games too.
How to odtain x32 libraries?
If I were you, I would also ask your questing in a support forum related to your Liniux Distro. The best support comes directly from the distro users. You might find someone here who knows, but likely will get faster help on a linux forum. These forums are User to User forums, not AMD employees and most here are primarily Windows users. So it doesn't hurt to ask here but I would ask there too. Also on Linux there are two flavors of drivers those being the proprietary (such as ones packaged by AMD and the community based drivers, those are directly supported by the guys that maintain the linux distro. Do you know where your driver you are using is originating?
You could also directly ask the AMD support folks by filing out a support request:
Yes, I know. Open Driver not contained icd library for correct work DXVK. And with AMD driver I cant play x32 games. And it very weird!
I create request.
