Hi there.

With the latest 23.7.1 Adrenalin drivers and playing X4 Foundations, if you are docking/docked/walking around the docking bay, something is going wrong with lens flare. Also, other artefacts have been reported when flying around. The pictures below are examples of the lens flare issues.

Turning off any 1 of the following 4 graphics options resolves the issue.

Shadows
Soft Shadows
Glow Quality
Reflection Probes

Rolling the drivers back to 23.5.2, the graphical issues disappear with all options enabled.

Thanks, I'm having the same issue with some variances but only on some systems and couldn't find anyone else reporting something similar.

It also started happening today, the first time playing the game since I updated the drivers. Adding screenshot in case it helps.

There's a thread on the egosoft forums about this. I don't know what the rules here are about sharing links, so I can only suggest searching for this yourself.

The devs there have updated the latest beta to disable volumetric fog whilst the fix is worked on.

Personally, I've rolled back to Adrenalin 23.5.2 as the game was unplayable on 23.7.1.

Just updating, the issue has been solved after updating to 23.7.2

Are you sure? I still experience this after several updates. I hope this will be addressed at some point since it also affects volumetric fog for me.
