rx 480 keep updating it self

everytime i shut down and turn on my computer my adrenaline software wont work and my display it say only 65hz my monitor 165hz. i need to uinstall using ddu everytime i use my pc for 3 **bleep**ing days . amd says windows updating my gpu but my settings its already off. i need help asap

What OS, and what driver update block setting are you using?

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

Look in Adrenalin software and disable.AMD Driver.PNG
