What the hell is this[see attachment]? This was made on Mein Leben graphic settings. Ive tried adjusting settings to no avail, ive disabled RIS, cleared shader cache, nothing changed that. Im on 19.12.3 with Gigabyte 5700 XT gaming OC. 

CPU: Ryzen 3600

SSD: PNY CS3030

PSU: Corsair RMX850

RAM: Patriot Viper steel 3600 cl 17

MOBO: Tomahawk B450M Mortar Max

Temperatures are normal, GPU is not artifacting in the game.

I've got the exact same issue on a Gigabyte 5700XT Aorus. 

changing the settings doesn't do anything, looks like missing textures or particles. 

I've posted this issue on the bethesda forums as well.
