When I start the game, in the same moments there is a failure and the game turns off. It was the same in other games from Steam, but with the latest drivers everything got better.

Make sure you verify your game files in Steam. 

I would remove all 3rd party overclocking tools and do a fresh driver install as follows. 

I suggest you go here: Official Display Driver Uninstaller DDU Download 

Download DDU. 

Download the version of AMD Driver you want to install. 
Disconnect from the Internet completely. 

Boot into safe mode. 

Run DDU and uninstall all traces of previous AMD Driver. Also run Nvia Driver uninstall if you had an Nvidia GPU Previously. 

Reboot into normal mode, making sure you are still disconnected from the Internet. 
Run the AMD Driver installer. 
Reboot. 
Then and only then reconnect to the Internet.

I did as you said, and I installed the driver on a clean windows. no success

Interesting.
I am about to run the Witcher 3 anyhow for a GPU feature I am testing.
I have top end examples of GCN GPUs from RX Vega 64 Liquid down that I can test.
Can you record a a video of the crash happening, and upload it to youtube and post it here?

I will take a look for you on RX Vega 64 Liquid and R9 Fury X and R9 390X as a starter for 10.
