Here are the 3 chipset drivers you are looking for in case you didn't know:
Not very familiar with Windows Server 2019 except it is very similar to regular Windows 10/11 except it has many extra security and server features added.
Download the latest AMD Chipset package and unzip it. Click on "$WINDIR" folder and then click on "INFO". It will show you all the drivers that the Chipset package includes.
Have you tried to use Device Manager to update those mentioned drivers by directing Device Manager - Update Driver to the unzip AMD CHIPSET package and see if it finds and installs the latest driver if applicable?
Anyways if no response try opening a thread at AMD FORUM SERVER GURU that deals with software and hardware issues concerning Servers in general: https://community.amd.com/t5/server-gurus/ct-p/amd-server-gurus
EDIT: from Microsoft Support concerning Windows Server 2019: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/get-started/windows-server-release-info
Seems like Windows Server 2019 is compatible with Windows 10 version 1809.
It is possible that the latest Windows 10 or 11 AMD CHIPSET is not compatible with your Windows Server 2019 since it is similar to Windows 10 version 1809.
See if Windows Update will install those drivers or update them for you.
