i have a problem like i mentioned in title 

i tried amd clean up tool befor installation and change windows 10 version from new 20H to 19H and tried newest v. for amd and old .. and not fixed

do i have a hardware problem ?

why no one from AMD staff not answer ...

i need one answer if that problem hardware or software .. and if you have a solution that big care ..

What do you mean with freezes? The screen can go black för a considerable time during installation, you just have to be patient.

If you mean literally freezing and the installation cannot continue, then I don't know what is wrong, and I cannot help you.

But if you can use your computer without updating your graphics driver, this would solve the issue.
