It sounds like Ryzen Master somehow got corrupted either before or when you restarted your PC.
Try installing Ryzen Master again and see if it installs successfully. If it doesn't then download Microsoft Install/Uninstall app and use it to remove Ryzen Master from your computer: Microsoft Install/Uninstall Tool
The MS App is useful because it deletes all traces of the program that prevents it from being installed or uninstalled including Registry entries.
Also reset your Motherboard's BIOS back to factory default either by using CMOS CLEAR method or through BIOS itself. This should eliminate any settings that Ryzen Master might have altered or influenced in BIOS.
