The Vega FE is a professional GPU card and uses Professional GPU Card drivers. The latest is here: Radeon™ Vega Frontier Edition (Air-cooled) Drivers & Support | AMD .
If you install the "Driver Options", whatever Adrenalin Driver is installed is the one compatible with the Vega FE card. It is possible that the Professional Drivers doesn't always use the latest Adrenalin Drivers under "Driver Options".
Driver Options is gone from 19.Q2. Trying to install Adrenalin 19.5.2 installs Radeon Pro instead for some reason!
