I just installed the Radeon software because of a graphics problem in OnShape on my HP laptop with the HD 8400 R3 graphics. Now the cursor does not follow the mouse or the touchpad but jumps, jerks, and lags. How do I fix it? I did a restore point and cursor went back to normal, but graphics in OnShape CAD program messed up. Reinstalled Radeon software/driver and cursor problem returned so I presume it was caused by the driver.
